Please make sure the parts you order are the parts you need. Parts are non returnable accept for defected parts that will be exchanged for the same part ordered. The same for Books, DVD'S Manuals, Tools, and any Video's etc. You must call 1-866-968-3494 for return approval on defected items. All defected items must be sent with a tracking number so that the shipping cost can be refunded. We will cover shipping for defected items.
